Via our portfolio company Finance Professional Group we offer the entire spectrum of financial services from company incorporation, documentation, accounting, payroll, financial consultancy, advisory board CFO as well as hourly based CFO for hire to fully fledged recruiting.

DESIGN & COMMUNICATION

Novateur Design & Communication is a full-service advertising and communication agency and co-owned by Xplorico. We help you with idea, concept, design and production - both on digital and traditional communication surfaces. Marketing experts, advisory board and part-time CMO for hire.

GROWTH

Xplorico is the second largest shareholder in CXS Growth in Drammen where we have a brand new 700m2 Hub and co-workingspace in Energibygget, Grønland 67 called CXS Digital Hub. From here we offer incubation services via our fully owned subsidiary DRIV Incubator. MDEC - Malaysian Digital Economy Corporation has awarded us the official "Digital Hub" status as the first accredited hub in Europe. We are also opening a twin hub in Cyberjaya in Kuala Lumpur to bridge our Norwegian Startups to the ASEAN markets via market entry and funding. In 2019 CXS Growth will be launching an EdTech Accelerator called EDU21 together with leading domain partners.

HUMAN RESOURCES

Via or portfolio company Nordic Search we offer recruiting services as well as helping startups to identify and mitigate gaps in the team. We work with both skills and personalities. The HR function is a typical area where Startups have no or limited experience and many mistakes can be avoided easily with an HR expert or CHRO for hire or as-a-Service. We include Advisory Board in the package.

COMING UP 

Throughout fall 2019 we are launching Norway's first AI Accelerator called DX Innova with strong technology focus on AI, Machinelearning and related emerging technologies such as Big Data, Analytics, IoT, AR and Blockchain. The Accelerator will work with the leading technology clusters, corporates and academia in the Nordics. The first cohort will start in September 2019.
