As Startup to Scaleup company builders we solve challenges by providing a comprehensive methodology backed by our team of experienced professionals along with facilitation of financial investments. Our process fosters collaboration and innovation to ensure we not only understand the core needs of our partner startups and scaleups, but also help them develop successfully. Xplorico has a 1:1 accelerator approach initially 3-6 months, with a follow-on long-term commitment.

Our portfolio consists of three levels of involvement. First, being co-founders and growth partners, we typically hold 10-20% equity in our company building startups. Secondly, for project based engagements, holdings vary from 1-10%. Thirdly, we also hold a smaller number of micro investments defined as "listening posts" enabling prospective engagement at later stages.

Our portfolio companies operates in the emerging technology fields with special focus in the following areas: Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data, Analytics, Augmented Reality & The Internet of Things across verticals. We have current participations as active shareholders in 40+ tech companies (December 2019). Our focus is in Norway, Sweden and the new Nordics with growing holdings internationally.
